We’ve come a long ways on this journey to establish the Valais Blacknose sheep in the US! From the first 50% lambs born in the US in 2018 to our first purebreds in 2021! Our partnerships abroad and domestically have made it possible for us to import purebred embryos with which we have created over 40 stunning purebred lambs making this the largest and most progressive breeding program in the USA. Each year we have lovely male Valais Blacknose lambs born that may not be perfectly marked or are not needed as breeding rams. These are not left in our breeding program but are castrated, making them excellent pets and companions. We do not register them in our breed Society’s database so most do not come with registration papers, just their looks! They find their way into all sorts of settings from agritourism venues to therapy animals. Each finds its way into the hearts of those who adopt them. We hope you find that special friend here.
