Our partnerships abroad and domestically have made it possible for us to import purebred embryos with which we have created over 40 stunning purebred lambs making this the largest and most progressive breeding program in the USA. Our Valais Blacknose flock now numbers over 100 so we are opening up more sales availability as we reduce the overall flock size and focus on our F4 and F5 program. Each year we have lovely male Valais Blacknose lambs born that may not be perfectly marked or are not needed as breeding rams. These are not left in our breeding program but are castrated, making them excellent pets and companions. We do not register them in our breed Society’s database so most do not come with registration papers, just their looks! I was surprised to get a Spitti out of her two parents, PV Brigadier General and our SL Elsie! Perhaps a throwback to her original Gotland Foundation genetics?!
